Breda O'Toole

A native of Connemara, Breda joined IDA Ireland 17 years ago after spending much of her career in the UK.  She has worked as IDA’s Head of HR, Regional Business Development and Head of Product Development & Transformation.

Previously, Breda worked as Head of HR and Policy at Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council, UK and achieved a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management with Manchester Metropolitan University.  Breda was educated in Kylemore Abbey, Co Galway and Shannon College of Hotel Management.  The strong business and organisational development background have proved critical in understanding the needs and supports of multinational organisations in Ireland.
