Donal Leahy

Donal leads Enterprise Ireland’s Strategic Policy team, which works to identify the key issues impacting Irish enterprise and seeks to influence the development of policy to drive and maintain the performance of exporting Irish businesses. The unit aims to ensure that barriers are removed, and the appropriate incentives are in place, to enable internationalising Irish companies realise their potential.

Prior to joining Enterprise Ireland, Donal practised as a tax consultant, assisting foreign companies locating in Ireland, as well as advising Irish companies to succeed locally and scale internationally. Donal joined Enterprise Ireland in 2018.
