This is the second annual report published by the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs to analyse the availability of skills and the skills requirement of the economy so that appropriate policies can be put in place to ensure continued economic growth. This report analyses overall labour availability, with specific regard for the Construction, Chemical and Biological Sciences, Researchers, and IT sectors.
