Information Booklet for CEOs in Ireland’s International Financial Services Sector

Progress made on implementing the EGFSN’s recommendations to futureproof Ireland’s IFS talent pipeline.

This booklet has been developed to help inform CEOs of the progress made in implementing certain key recommendations made by the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs in Skills for International Financial Services: An Assessment of Future Skills Requirements in High-Potential Sub-Sectors of Ireland’s International Financial Services Sector to 2027.

The booklet has been produced by members of the National Oversight and Implementation Group, which was established following the publication of Skills for International Financial Services in May 2024 to coordinate the implementation of these recommendations.

The booklet highlights the opportunities for skills and talent development for industry leaders and companies to consider, and it is hoped that it will serve as a valuable resource for CEOs as we work to ensure Ireland’s International Financial Services sector stays globally competitive based on the excellence of its talent and human capital.
